Ingredients

1 pouch Chilly Churn™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream Mix – With Other Natural Flavor
 3 cups half & half
 ¼ tsp peppermint extract
 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of half & half with the pouch of Chilly Churn™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream Mix – With Other Natural Flavor. Stir with a spoon or wire whisk until the mix is fully absorbed and the mix color is uniform.

2

Add ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract and stir until mixed well.

3

Transfer the mix into your ice cream freezer and follow the manufacturer’s procedure.

4

Five minutes before the mix is ready add the chocolate chips and run until they are uniformly distributed.

5

For firmer product transfer the mix into the freezer for 1-3 hours to create a harder scoop product.

This makes a white ice cream, color as desired. For pink add red food coloring drop by drop during mixing for your desired color. For green, add drops of yellow and blue food coloring until you get the shade you desire.

Mint candy pieces — either chocolate or hard candy — can be swirled into the mix before hard freezing for bursts of intense flavor.
