Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Ice Cream

Measure out freeze dried strawberries, add to a resealable storage bag, and crush into smaller pieces. Set aside.
Place the whole milk and heavy cream in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in the Chilly Churn® Strawberry Flavored Ice Cream Mix - With Other Natural Flavor with a wire whisk for about 3 minutes or until smooth.
Whisk in crushed freeze-dried strawberries until fully incorporated.
Add the mixture to the freezer bowl or electric stand mixer with a freezer bowl and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
After the ice cream is ready to remove from the freezer bowl, add the mini chocolate chips and run 1 minute to mix in.
Place the ice cream in a freezer container and freeze for 2 hours to set firmly.
