Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Swirls of cherry, graham crunch, and creamy cheesecake goodness. This frozen take on cheesecake is a sweet slice of heaven.

Ingredients

 4 oz cream cheese
 1 pouch Chilly Churn™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream Mix - With Other Natural Flavor
 1 ¼ cups whole milk
 1 ¼ cups heavy cream
 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs, extra 1 Tbsp for garnish
 1 jar (8 oz) cherry preserves for topping

Directions

Place the cream cheese in a large bowl. Using a mixer, slowly beat in the Chilly Churn™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream Mix - With Other Natural Flavor for 3 minutes or until smooth.

Slowly add the whole milk and heavy cream while mixing for 1 minute until smooth.

Add the mixture to the freezer bowl or electric stand mixer with a freezer bowl and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Before storing in the freezer, add the graham cracker crumbs and run an additional minute to disperse.

Place the ice cream in a freezer container and freeze for 2 hours to set firmly.

To serve, place the extra garnish of graham cracker crumbs in a bowl, add the ice cream, and top with cherry preserves.

The ice cream can also be topped with your favorite preserves or other canned fruit.
