Banana Pudding Ice Cream

Banana bliss meets frozen fun. This ice cream is pudding-inspired and bursting with bold banana flavor in every scoop.

Ingredients

 1 ripe banana
 1 pouch Chilly Churn™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream Mix - With Other Natural Flavor
 1 ¾ cups whole milk
 1 ¼ cups heavy cream
  tsp banana extract
 (optional) yellow food color
 (optional) Nilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Place the peeled banana in a medium bowl and mash until it is a smooth paste. Add the Chilly Churn™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream Mix - With Other Natural Flavor and mix until smooth.

Add the whole milk and heavy cream to a large bowl.

Slowly add the banana mixture to the whole milk and heavy cream. Add the banana extract and food coloring, if desired, while whisking with a wire whisk until fully incorporated.

Add the liquid mixture to the freezer bowl or electric stand mixer with a freezer bowl and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Place the ice cream in a freezer container and freeze for 2 hours to set firmly.

Garnish Ice Cream with Nilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs.
