Strawberry Basil Balsamic Ice Cream

Sweet strawberries, fresh basil, and tangy balsamic swirl into a uniquely delicious Chilly Churn® delight.

 1 pouch (6 oz) Chilly Churn® Strawberry Flavored Ice Cream Mix - With Other Natural Flavor
 1 ¾ cups whole milk
 1 ¼ cups heavy cream
 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
 3 tbsp balsamic glaze

Wash and dry fresh basil leaves. Chop into small pieces and set aside.

Place the whole milk and heavy cream in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in the Chilly Churn® Strawberry Flavored Ice Cream Mix - With Other Natural Flavor with a wire whisk for about 3 minutes or until smooth.

Whisk in balsamic glaze until fully incorporated.

Add the mixture to the freezer bowl or electric stand mixer with a freezer bowl and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.

After the ice cream is ready to remove from the freezer bowl, add the chopped fresh basil leaves and run 1 minute to mix in.

Place the ice cream in a freezer container and freeze for 2 hours to set firmly.
