Velvety chocolate with a hint of cinnamon and chili make this ice cream a sweet, cozy treat with a playful spicy kick.

Place the whole milk and heavy cream in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in the Chilly Churn® Chocolate Ice Cream Mix and spices with a wire whisk for about 3 minutes or until smooth.
Add the mixture to the freezer bowl or electric stand mixer with a freezer bowl and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Place the ice cream in a freezer container and freeze for 2 hours to set firmly.
Spices can be increased or decreased to your personal tastes. Some recipes include a pinch of ground cloves and allspice to round out the flavor more.
