Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cups

Chewy cookie dough cups stuffed with sweet, creamy ice cream. It’s frozen fun you can eat by the cupful.

Ingredients

 1 cup Chilly Churn™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream Mix (or favorite flavor), prepared, divided
 8 bars Dible Dough Cookie Dough
 Toppings of choice (sprinkles, syrups, etc.)

Directions

Line muffin tin cups with plastic wrap or paper liners.

Divide cookie dough into 6 equal portions (about 2 oz each).  Press each portion into a cup, flattening the bottom and pressing up the sides to create a “bowl”.

Place the tray in the freezer for 30 – 45 minutes or until firm.

Remove the tray from the freezer and spoon softened Chilly Churn™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream Mix (or favorite flavor) into each cup, smoothing the top with a spoon.

Add any desired toppings to the ice cream.  Place the tray into the freezer for another 30 minutes to an hour or until solid.  Serve.  Cups can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
