In a small bowl, crumble the Dible Dough Cookie Dough into the softened ice cream and gently fold it in.
Spoon the ice cream – cookie dough mix into popsicle molds, smoothing the tops. Insert popsicle sticks.
Place them on the tray and freeze for 2 hours or until fully solid.
Serve. Ice cream bars can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
