Additional Tips
- Follow the manufacturer’s directions when using equipment to make Chilly Churn™ Ice Cream Mix.
- To make a firm ice cream, freeze for at least two hours after churning. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and place sealed in the coldest part of the freezer.
- Don’t overmix the milk and cream. Mixing puts air into the blend and promotes a creamy texture. Overmixing can create an undesirable texture.
